Impact Debate: The Future of Trucking

Transporting goods by long-haul vehicles is a key element to healthy economies, but currently brings significant carbon emissions. Battery electric and hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles have emerged as solutions that promise to move these goods emissions free. Fossil fuel combustion, the long-term incumbent, is becoming cleaner and more efficient while these technologies emerge. The resolution to be debated today is which of these 3 technologies will dominate long-distance road freight.
