Bio:Jen-Ann is a J.D. Candidate at the UC Davis School of Law. She is interested in the intersections of transportation and the environment and hopes to learn more about how to mitigate problems in this area. At the law school, Jen-Ann is co-chair of If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice and an editor for Environs: Environmental Law & Policy Journal. Prior to joining the Policy Institute, she served as an Judicial Clerk in the Eastern District, and worked as an engineer at CAL EPA. Jen-Ann graduated with a civil engineering degree and is a licensed professional engineer in California.
