Bio: Cassidy Craford is a student assistant at the Policy Institute. Cassidy is pursuing a B.S. in Sustainable Environmental Design, with an emphasis on resource politics, and minors in Professional Writing and Jewish Studies. She is fascinated by water systems, urban agriculture, green building, and trans-boundary environmental challenges—especially in an international context. Cassidy has explored these interests while working with UC Davis Global Affairs, volunteering with the UC Davis Human Ecology department, and studying abroad for a year at Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel. When she graduates in June 2019, Cassidy hopes to continue exploring her interests by serving in the Peace Corps.
